100% vicariate the year with the possibility of permanent employment
NAV Nesodden was established in November 2009 and consists of approximately 40 employees. The office is divided into a reception and follow-up department, and an integration unit.
It is free a vicariate the year in 100% position as a supervisor in the follow-up department. Staffing at local conditions.
Responsibilities:
Case management for law on social services, economic benefits / advice and guidance.
Employability Reviews.
Follow-up of their users in relation to employment and activity.
Contact with partners.
As the supervisor participate in the responsible groups and prepares individual plans for the user.
Qualifications:
We are searching for a person who has good written and oral presentation skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
Good cooperation skills
Ability to work independently.
Feasibility, analytical orientation and personal fitness will be emphasized.
There are requirements for 3-year social college education. There is desirable with experience in the municipal social services.
