Responsibilities

Long-term Follow-up of users in the NAV and the survey of candidates for the qualifying program. Together with the user to guide design and establish individual programs. It will focus on close monitoring of users throughout the program and written documentation of the process.

Desired qualifications

- Minimum 3 years relevant education at college or university, but relevant experience can compensate for this

- Experience in guidance and follow-up work

- Good oral and written presentation skills

- Good skills in using ICT tools

- Driving license for car

Terms of employment
