Description
We seek settlement appraisal of our real estate department in Asker and B?rum Housing AL. Settlement Agents will have independent responsibility for the property settlement and other relevant settlement work for the then-current rules and procedures, including ensuring a good customer service to sellers and buyers, and other external and internal customers.
Responsibilities
registration of cases settled
registration of the barrier or probate of the hedge bond
preparation of the settlement statement to the buyer and seller
implementation of the financial settlement
implementation of probate or transportation of necessary documents
accounting of the journal and reconciliation of accounts
respond to inquiries from sellers and buyers
Qualifications
formal qualifications as a real estate agent, or the examination by the transitional arrangement
experience in settlement work and accounting
good IT skills and ability to put themselves into the "advanced" software
accurate and good understanding of numbers
good collaboration features
results-oriented
customer and market oriented
