Our client is a modern IT company that delivers leading-edge and environmentally friendly IT services. From its modern operations and their competent consultants in Lillehammer, operated 10,000 users and 4,500 PCs / clients spread over 150 locations. Clients are both private companies and public entities.

The company has developed a unique concept - Active IT - which combines the best of operational lease and professional management of ICT equipment. This is a service that is very flexible and gives customers complete control of ICT equipment. After an agreed upon rental period set Mon out new equipment and get back the old. Includes service and warranty management, outsourcing services and consulting.
An important part of the concept is to standardize the models. This allows for lower prices and greater flexibility in the need for redeployment, change machines, etc.

The company currently manages a large portfolio of equipment, and are betting big on this business area.

We search now for an employee with dedicated focus on the sale of Active IT Services. The person will be included in the company's sales team that focuses on the sales of IT operating services in addition to Active IT.

About the position
You are responsible for your own sales budget and will be measured on results achieved (orders) for the relevant service. You will have a broad contact both internally and with our partners (financial and equipment) and of course against external customer market.

Responsibilities

    * Operational sales of Active IT services - is measured against its own budget / quota
    * Continue to develop partnerships with partners

    * Provide input to management / development of the concept of Active IT out of the market needs

    * Propose marketing activities - support activities for the sale of Active IT services
    * Positive contribution to the development of the company's sales team - part of a winning team / culture

    * Reporting to the company's Sales Manager

Background and experience
Required:

    * Extensive sales experience - with documents only results
    * Extensive customer contact / relations
    * God to reveal / communicate around customers' needs / challenges
    * Good to negotiate service agreements

Desired:

    * Experience of ICT products and / or service sales
    * Experience of sales in which financial solutions are part of the product - rent / lease-conditions
    * H?yskole-/Universitets-utdannelse - technical and / or commercial

Personal qualities

    * Structured and effective
    * Ripe and responsibilities proven - resource person in the environment
    * Good presentation skills - both written and oral
    * L?sningsorientert, flexible and easy to work with

Workplace
Oslo, co-located with priority partner in Active IT concept, or in the company's modern offices in Lillehammer. Some travel - especially in the eastern part of Norway - must be expected.
