Senior Executive Development department
Development department of Sparebanken Nord-Norway consists of the development manager and six fagstillinger. The department is responsible for the bank's strategy process and projects, as well as the business tendency survey for northern Norway. The department is a knowledge resource for the bank's management, regions and communities. The department actively participates in the network within the Sparebank 1 and with external knowledge environments.
Development department has vacant position as a senior consultant. The assignments will cover the whole breadth of the department's activities and are often organized as projects.
The tasks will include
* Strategy analysis and strategy development
* Development of new concepts and solutions
* Business tendency survey and dissemination of knowledge
* Mission and reports for the bank and Sparebank 1
We place strong emphasis on the department's deliveries will be strategically anchored and practically useful.
Desired qualifications and skills
* Higher education at the bachelor or master level
* Analytical orientation - and solution
* Large work capacity and ability to solve many tasks simultaneously
* Good communication skills
* Experience of customer activity in the banking and finance
We are looking for candidates who see the opportunities, take initiative and solve missions, and that both can work independently and in larger teams.
