Sales Department is organized into a separate department reporting to the CEO. Sales Department is under construction and consists of 3 operational sellers.
The right person should have some management experience from the sales department, but the position can also look for good sales / KAM is ready for "next steps". Good customer relations and networks is a prerequisite. The right person is good to communicate about their needs and challenges. You tend to have college education, technical and / or mercantile. You thrive in negotiating operating and service agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the resources of the department * Develop the sales team in line with business strategy. * Manager / develop the documentation and "offerings" that the company should go in the market with * Overseeing the marketing activities * Reporting to the CEO. / Board of income / development. * Participation in the company's management meetings * Actively participate in operational sales processes - possibly have key account responsibility for individual and important customers

Seller / Key Account Manager:

The position reports to the sales and marketing manager (Director).
Quota-bearing sales with a focus on new customers. Follow-up of the customer base, a Key account management.
