For the client we are looking for IT resource for exciting and challenging tasks within the support / operation.
The company provides operations and management, as well as advice and consultancy serving leftovers to greater expertise and demanding customers. They support both Windows and Linux. Their professional environment consists of several highly experienced consultants on Oracle and Microsoft infrastructure, and VMware solutions.
You will be a key resource in support / Helpdesk - you will be the Service Manager's right hand / NK in the support / operation. You will primarily work with the support and operational tasks, but some of your time will also go with the administrative tasks.
We see that you have:
* IT technical education is desirable, relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal qualifications * Good knowledge of MS platform * Experience in support / Service Desk 1 - and 2 line * Advantage with some operational experience * Feel free ITIL knowledge
