IRIS is an industry-oriented research institute established in 2006 with rises in Rogaland Research. Owned by the University of Stavanger and Rogaland Research Foundation. It consists of four departments, IRIS-Forskningsinvest and related subsidiaries. R & D activities by IRIS embraces of both contract research and basic research. Central research areas are within the energy, society and environment. The goal is to help you to fill community's need for knowledge and ideas and the industry's need for innovative losninger.IRIS-Economics and business development with approx. 50 employees made up fast time of the research groups and policy communities, and Employment Security, Labor Health and Innovation.
Responsibilities
The research group "Innovation" at the IRIS research and for innovation. The group has a need for more researchers / senior researchers with technical expertise related to this theme. We have a multidisciplinary profile that includes Technology, organizational psychology and management, political science and statistics, and anthropology. We put together and develop our skills to contribute to increased innovation. Among our priority areas and instruments are technology transfer and communication.
Responsibilities as senior researcher is to establish, obtain financing and to undertake research projects. It is an advantage if you have experience with contract research.
Requirements for competence
In addition to the academic qualifications, it will be great emphasis on personal qualities that contribute to our work that is characterized by teamwork. We want employees who are:
* PhD or postgraduate / MA
