Thon Hotel Munch is located in the city center, has 180 rooms and is part of the Budget concept of Thon Hotels. We are looking for a happy, service-minded receptionist in the 40% position (70 hours per month) who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and to the hotel's public face. The position will be included in the set shifts.
Responsibilities / duties:
Express check-out of guests
Overall guest treatment
Operating the switchboard
Some bookings
Cash and credit management
Safeguarding of the guests and hotel security
Casual Desk work
Qualifications:
Experience of service profession, like reception work
knowledge of Opera hotel system is an advantage but not required
