Orange Group AS has specialized in staffing and services in health, and oil and gas. Corporate Group had a turnover of 90MNOK in 2008 and has budget of 150MNOK in 2009. We are in strong growth and we are looking for more staff.
Responsibilities
Job tasks are complete responsibility for staffing assignments in the oil - and gas industry. This means the startup of projects, presentation of personnel to the customer, briefing of personnel to the mission, monitoring of personnel during the assignment, monitoring and total responsibility for the customer and the delivery, preparation of salary basis, the preparation and review of the basis for billing, the responsibility for reporting of incidents and deviations of the projects, responsibility for and contribution to the improvement of the projects.
It must have some traveling on the West Coast and some working in adverse times.
Project Coordinator will be assigned their own clients and we have total responsibility for the provision of personnel to these customers. The personnel we supply all kinds of skilled workers in the oil and gas industry.
The person we seek must have the desire to succeed and have a setting that ensures peak deliveries. We are looking for staff who are clearly, hardworking and result oriented.
It is an advantage with experience in staffing, or from working with professionals at any time in the oil and gas industry. Good PC skills, good written and oral presentation skills are essential. It is also essential that one is stukturet, have good cooperation skills and a positive nature. Good English knowledge is also important.
