Description
Procurement / production plan

We centralize our purchasing department at our head office in M?ndalen, and search for buyers / production plan.

Key tasks:

- Implement purchasing and orders in accordance with applicable regulations

- Contact with the Norwegian and foreign suppliers

- Verification of invoices, booking and rates

- Parameter updating and maintenance of our ERP system

- Contact with the company's branch offices and sales force

- Develop supplier forecast, according to the sales forecast.

Preferred qualifications and personal qualities:

- Good computer skills (including Aspect 4, Excel, Lotus Notes)

- Experience in purchasing and logistics

- Structured and quorum

- Independent and with great capacity for work

- Good communication skills, both Norwegian and English (written and oral)
