Description
The positions are newly created. It is a goal that the positions will contribute to better co-ordinated treatment progress within the specialist health services, and in relation to municipal services.
The tasks will include ambulatory services with short-term intervention for people with substance abuse-related problems, crisis management and clarification of further follow-up needs. Consultation to partners and offered to relatives.
We search for people with 3-year health and social education and relevant continuing education and relevant work experience. Good cooperation skills will be emphasized.
