Job Description:
The role holder is responsible for:
? Defining insulation classes
? Assis What with MTO preparation
? Ensuring material availability
? Ensuring job cards are produced accurately and according to schedule
? Confirming that the relevant project specifications are adhered two
Main tasks:
? The role holder shall Wed own initiative take personal responsibility for HSE by Focusing on own behavior.
? Participate in team building activities within the engineering organization as required.
? Attend / contribute to the Department project meetings.
? Obtain detailed multi-disciplined knowledge of the engineering scope of work related to the Project in close coordination with the project design engineers.
? Obtain detailed knowledge of the discipline schedule related to the group.
? Report to Lead Discipline or Discipline Task Responsible.
? Identify HUC scope both planned and carryover from lists supplied by Client.
? Produce relevant job cards based upon Piping Test Packs and Hook up information, job packs to include but not be limited to pipe insulation measurement, manhour estimates and insulation material requirements.
? Input all pertinent data into the MIPS database system.
? Assist in the compilation of close out documentation
? Implement corrective actions as necessary / as agreed.
Qualifications / Experience:
? Be familiar with insulation classes and types of material
? Be comfortable two interpret Piping Isometrics and P & ID's
? Have good understanding of Data Base systems (especially MIPS) and Microsoft Office Programs Maintain detailed records of Manhours tense and monitor budgets.
Other information:
5 day workweek. For those who commute, there will be given an option for a 10 / 4 rotation. (10 days at work and 4 days off)
