Department of Education has approximately 3,500 students and 250 employees and is located on Frydenlund area. The department provides general and Early Childhood Education and other programs at the bachelor level and a wide range of continuing education. The department has three master's programs: in nursery education, the multicultural and international education and in primary education.

At the Education program is the vacancy of Associate Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in physical education from 1 August 2010.

Labor and responsibilities of the position include teaching and supervision of students at primary and possibly continuing and further education, participation in interdisciplinary collaboration, practice guidance and professional-administrative tasks.

The required graduate / masters degree in sports or other higher education that provides similar expertise. It requires further expertise in the field of body, movement and health and knowledge of motor skills, play, outdoor activities, and to understanding of children with special needs. Whoever is employed must be able to see the subject in the context of education overall strategic priority areas, such as multi-cultural diversity, gender, city life and relationship with the youngest children in kindergarten.

Good cooperation and communication skills, experience in teaching at college / university, and / or experience in the field of practice will be emphasized.

For appointment as associate professor requires a PhD in the relevant field of study or expertise at this level, and documented the relevant practical and pedagogical skills on the basis of education or instruction and guidance.

For appointment as associate professor requires documented extensive research and development as the quality and scope equivalent workload and level of a PhD thesis. Special qualifications in education or other educational activities will be given great weight. For appointment as Assistant Professor requires the master's examination at a university or college or equivalent higher education, research qualifications beyond the master's level and / or relevant work experience. Applicants will be assessed by an expert committee, and must be within the application deadline to submit three copies (in paper format) by:

* CV with full particulars of training, work experience and other academic activities
    * List of scientific and / or other relevant work
    * Copies of diplomas and certificates
    * Scientific work as desired rated

In connection with the interview, will be considered completion of the trial lecture.
