Norwegian lobster AS has established a production facility for juvenile lobster-fired power station in mid-Norway.
The production is based partly on the utilization of heated sea water from Statoil's methanol plant.
Hummer fry to be released on ranching in konsesjonsbelagte areas along the Norwegian coast, and farmed for consumption lobsters in land-based production facilities. The company aims to become the world leader in manufacturing, marketing and sale of European lobster.

Norwegian Hummer Drift AS seeks Operations Manager for the company's production facilities for lobster fry-fired power station in mid-Norway.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for operations, projects and development
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of the company's business plan
- Lead optimization and further development of plant
- Responsible for future development projects
- Business and personal responsibility
Desired qualifications / qualities
- Higher education
- Relevant experience, preferably within the onshore production of marine species
- Solid management experience
- Good communication and collaboration capabilities
- Initiativrik, independent and goal-oriented
- Stand-at-will and commitment
