Responsibilities:
Seek out and follow up on new and existing customers
Build your own client portfolio
Sell staffing solutions to new customers
Conduct interviews of potential candidates for various positions
Manage and follow up missions
Qualifications:
Experience of proactive, outreach sale
Experience in staffing industry and or extensive experience from other parts of the workplace
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
A high degree of "operate" and service setting
Be a self-propelled, results-oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic person
Enjoy working independently, but also at times in the team
