OBOS Property Management AS is seeking a new manager, when the current leader goes into a different position in OBOS Group. OBOS Property Management AS is headquartered in Oslo, with branch offices in Trondheim. We are 80 employees and manages about. 1000 housing companies representing approximately. 62 000 dwellings. Our branch office in Trondheim has 4 employees and manages about. 73 housing companies representing approximately. 2650 apartments. Our portfolio is constantly growing.
Head of Department will be responsible for developing OBOS Property Management AS avd Trondheim.
Head of Department have included responsibility for:
Human Resource Management
budget and profit responsibility
marketing and sales of the department's services
customer care and contract negotiations
portfolio responsibilities with ongoing housing management, follow-up of customers, participate in annual meetings
Education and experience:
economic and / or legal education, preferably with the addition of marketing
experience in the real estate industry
management experience and experience in marketing and sales-oriented activities is an advantage
