Description
Grand Hotel seeks an experienced, service-minded and enterprising night watchman to our nattportierteam. We envisage an early appointment and call the candidates on an ongoing basis for an interview.
Grand Hotel is one of the leading hotels, located as a landmark in the middle of main street Karl Johan. The hotel's timeless classic, yet keen to offer its guests all the luxury, quality and comfort you have the right to demand of a modern and international top hotel. We currently have 292 hotel rooms including 51 suites and a separate Ladies Floor with 13 unique design rooms, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 16 meeting and banquet rooms and spa center. Grand Hotel is a part of Rica Hotels and the World Hotels Deluxe Collection.
Responsibilities
Operation of the reception and switchboard.
Express check-out of guests.
Booking.
Other night routines.
The position requires a distinct service attitude and good interpersonal skills, both to our guests, as well as colleagues.
Qualifications
Experience of similar work, and preferably within the hotel industry, is a requirement.
Applicants must be computer proficient.
Education industry is an advantage.
Language expert (language also outside the Norwegian and English is an advantage).
