To our customer in the telecom sought skilled support consultant. The position is full time and you will receive excellent training within the company's products.

Examples of typical issues are:
* The customer has lost its internet connection.
* The customer is experiencing a lower rate than expected.
* The customer is not online, but internet connection is OK.
* Configuration and setup of the modem.
* Troubleshooting broadband.
* Troubleshooting analog telephony
* Problem with the virus and the e-mail.
* Other technical issues related to the customer's subscription.
Desired qualifications:
* Very good knowledge of the home network / wireless network, IP telephony, routers, etc.
* High interest in the challenges in data and telephony.
* Good written formulation ability, when a customer dialogue and solution proposals going rates. mail with the customer
