For one of our customers in central Kristiansand we are looking for skilled support staff.
Our customer is a full service provider of telephony and mobile services with a focus on the business market and public institutions.
Management is made up of people with long experience in telecom and high competence. The customer is headquartered in Christ Anand and offices in Oslo, Stavanger and Trondheim, and preparing the opening of an office in Bergen. The company has a solid financial platform, and key personnel with long experience in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Contact
* Tech-related tasks in mobile and fixed telephony
* Delivery Tracking
* Registration of agreements
* Reporting
Qualifications and characteristics:
* Likes to work with the telephone as a working tool
* Good computer skills
* Good to coordinate
* Independent
* Accurate
* Enthusiastic
* Very service-minded
