Our consultants solve technical tasks and projects looking at our customers, as part of the customer's own project. Techno Garden is a subsidiary of Norconsult AS - Norway's largest consulting engineering company. Techno Garden is headquartered in Sandvika, and branch offices in Bergen, Kongsberg and Skien. In addition, Techno Garden a sister company in Sweden with offices in Gothenburg, Malmo and Stockholm.
Techno Garden Engineering Resources AS are searching for a motivated and academically talented IT professional for an exciting position with our client.
Responsibilities:
* Dialogue with end users and customers in relation to the registration and management of fault situations
* Technical 1 line support for internal systems
* Technical 1 line support for external customers
* Application management and maintenance
* User management
* Reporting
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in IT support and user service
* Experience in the use of helpdesk tools
* Knowledge of the user and client management (XP) in AD
Personal qualities:
* Structured and systematic
* Ability to work independently and be a good team player
* Positive and reliable
* Customer-friendly and solution
Language:
Norwegian and English, written and oral
Special requirements:
The candidate must be security cleared by the National Security Authority (NSM).
