Do you like talking to people at the same time as helping them with everyday tasks? For an attractive customer, who has recently moved into new premises on Hinna, we need your expertise! The customer has a need for committed and motivated people who would like to work within 1 line support. The customer wants 3 people to start in January, so the chance is yours now!

About the customer
The client has extensive experience in to run a customer-focused and solution-oriented multi-functional service desk. It is important for the customer with a high level of service and delivery capabilities, so why is the customer concerned approach ITIL as the foundation for the delivery. The customer has locations in several countries and offers interesting challenges and exciting opportunities for development. Start-up is in January 2010.

Qualifications
Candidates must be prepared to go rotations from 9-17 and 10-18. This is outside of normal working hours from 8-16. One must be able to speak and write fluent English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities
? Service Desk Agent to act as a single point of contact.
? As part of the service desk, you should meet the requirements - KPI'er and SLA.
? Be proactive and a resource in relation to problem solving
? Receive and record requests from the user in accordance with internal procedures.
? Resolve requests within the subject area, or send the case further to 2 and 3 line.
