We seek an ICT operations manager with deep expertise and experience. The position is permanent and remunerated as a senior adviser, Footwear 1364, the salary 55-70, ? 423 500-557 800.
Job responsibilities are the management, administration and further development of the internal ICT systems. Operations coordinates all operational tasks such as incident management, monitoring, installation, support, license management, procurement and training. Participation in this work must be expected, but the focus is quality assurance, best practices and prevention. Occasionally participates operations manager in the department's other work with management, protection and analysis of electronic track material.
?KOKRIM have a diversity of solutions (multiple independent networks and associated infrastructure, storage incl tape robots, blade / virtual servers, thin client solutions, special equipment for protection of data and telephony equipment, videoconferencing equipment, equipment for digital collection of audio / visual etc.). In the operational activities, we meet most of the technical equipment, systems and solutions, and must be able to handle these in such a way that the requirements for evidence in criminal cases are met. The work that the ICT operations manager with us will be an exciting and challenging combination of tasks that place high demands on quality.
Requirements for applicants:
- relevant education from a university or college, solid relevant experience can compensate for the demand for education
- Good general IT skills
- experience and expertise in MS Windows operating systems
- experience and expertise in storage and backup solutions is an advantage
- experience in budget work is an advantage
- incorporated a focus on security and secure solutions
- a good sense of order and quality
- good cooperation skills and good working capacity
- Good written and oral presentation ability (Norwegian and English)
