Modifications and projects Bergen is a unit in Operation Development of the business area Exploration & Production Norway. The device consists of approximately 100 employees and is responsible for mission management and portfolio management on behalf of the production units operated from Bergen. Also has responsibility for technical monitoring of projects and modifications that are carried by the PRO or by contract partners on M & M.

Responsibilities
Modifications and projects have an overall responsibility for delivering projects and modifications of good quality. In order to handle this responsibility, we want to strengthen the unit with expertise in the management of operational preparation. The role of head of operational preparation requires knowledge of the requirements that apply to the handover of projects to operations. Moreover, required knowledge of or ability to look into the relevant part of the governing documents. The person will report the line wise to head of technical support and task purposes, to the client for the various projects. Main Tasks:
Support the client in preparation for operations including handover
Ensure that our suppliers are familiar with our requirements in connection with preparations for the operation and handover
Provide academic assistance to suppliers
Saksbehandler technical clarifications and amendments
Must be able to work in electronic systems such as SAP, PIMS, MIPS, etc.
Verify the supplier's system and expertise in the field
Must be able to work independently to different parts of the group's organization projects (PRO), operations, technical documentation (TD), operational groups, facility integrity (AI) and the regularity and maintenance management

Qualifications
Engineering Education from the college or university. Formal education may eventually be replaced with relevant offshore experience.
Minimum five years relevant experience
