Responsibilities
* Responsible for systematic management of the department's work against its customer base.
* The preparation and sale of service agreements.
* Project manager for the department's projects.
* Responsible for recruitment, staffing and implementation of training plan.
* Department Finance and Budget.
* QA, HSE and sick leave follow-up in the department.
Desired qualifications
* Experience in plumbing industry
* Sales Instinct
* Good to safeguard the long-term customer relationships.
* Good NOK technical knowledge to be able to lead / coach service managers in their daily work.
* Could lead and develop people who work in the department.
