We are looking for talented and committed executive officers of Telenor's customer service department in Skien.
The contract is for six months vicariate. For the right person, there will be opportunity for further involvement. The position is 100% and daytime (0800-1600, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
* Case management, customer support and guidance via telephone, email and mail. * Proactive work related to customer service and claim.
Features:
* High service setting. * Especially good written and oral kommunikasjonssevner. * Ability to take independent decisions. * Accuracy. * Dutiful.
Qualifications:
* Minimum completed and passed the three-year high school. * Preferred right education in relevant majors. * Experience from other customer service related work or case management.
