To our client located in Bergen, we are looking for a document controller + + "to their project team.
They need someone who can take care of such preparation and submission of project documentation to customers.
 
Responsibilities:

    * Systematize documentation in accordance with NORSOK and various customers' specific requirements. (Build documentation package SMDL, document layouts, coding of documents, Traceability certificates, Final documentation, etc.).
    * Contact with contractors, customers and customer technical sales personnel to collect the agreed documentation.
    * The preparation of the filing procedures / document management system for documentation
    * There will be a big advantage if you master (or have knowledge of) AUTO-CAD in order to make small changes and additions to the drawing surface.

Applicants must be social and exterior, and be self-propelled with a drive to take initiative where needed. The person must also be creative, systematic and structured, when there is no existing framework for document management as of today. The position is part of the project team, but it will work against the whole organization, including external units.
Desired qualifications are higher education, but this is not a requirement.
 
Applicants must master both Norwegian and English oral and written.
