General Motors Norway AS is one of the nation's leading bilimport ears with responsibility for the brands Opel and Saab. The company has 25 employees and had sales of 1.2 billion in 2008. General Motors Norway AS sold 5500 new retail and vans in 2009 through its 109 resellers. At the end of 2008 there were 218,000 registered Opel and Saab in Norway.
 
As regional manager, you will be one of General Motor's key personnel regarding support and follow-up to our dealers with a focus on the workshop processes and customer satisfaction. You will assist dealers with training, advice and tools so that they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to meet our customers with the enthusiasm and service attitude that is desired.
You will have offices in pleasant offices in Norway GM's head office, but must expect to be most out of meetings with our dealers.

Responsibilities
Conduct meetings with our dealers
Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of retailers activity plans
Assist the dealer in difficult customer situations in order to contribute to good solutions
Be an advisor to dealers in areas such as customer service, technical support, warranty provisions and assist the retailer to increase its customer satisfaction
Ensure that the dealer has the necessary training and tools to carry out its tasks correctly at the first workshop visits - "Fix Right First Time" mission
Be a contributor at the importer's activities such as exhibitions, launches, dealer meets etc.
Participate in team meetings at the headquarters
Qualifications
There is desirable with bilfaglig education / experience but experience in other technical-related industries may also be an appropriate background.


Experience of customer management with a focus on customer satisfaction
Good understanding of the retailers business
English spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
It must be expected much visiting dealers, and an estimated 30-40 accommodation days a year.
