We are looking for experienced customer advisors in telecommunications, with good expertise in wireless enterprise solutions, fixed and mobile services.

Responsibilities:

    * Customer Contact
    * Tech-related tasks in mobile and fixed telephony
    * Delivery Tracking
    * Registration of agreements
    * Reporting

Qualifications and characteristics:

    * Likes to work with the telephone as a working tool
    * Good computer skills
    * Good to coordinate
    * Independent
    * Accurate
    * Enthusiastic
    * Service Set
