Unifeeder AS is a company operating in the logistics and transport industry and has the largest feeder network of container transportation in Northern Europe. Team Leader Feeder
Unifeeder currently has significant market shares, and your main task will be to strengthen our position by increasing customer satisfaction and customer development in general. You should take the initiative to find good solutions for our customers and to position and promote Unifeeder that player in major ports and terminals. In addition, you will be active in exploiting new technology to improve and optimize the registration and disclosure of customer service information.
We are experiencing growth in our activities and is seeking a leader for customer service and operations to our feeds business in Norway. As team leader for the Feeder has a central role in the further development of Unifeeder in Norway. Strategy goals are ambitious and the expectation of that contribute to achieving the goals are high.
As team leader, you are the leader of a team of five who works with operations and customer support. You will also be operationally responsible and must get involved in the development of existing customers, at all levels. You will contribute in building a professional and efficient operation, both by a strong customer focus, the utilization of new technology and by engaging key players in the market. You enjoy leadership, responsibility and a high activity level.
