Description
The HR processing center (HPC) is a second line service provider in the shared services model in the global business services (GBS) unit. The center has approximately 150 specialized employees in ten departments, who handle operational tasks within hire of external personnel, inclusive workplace / rehabilitation, pensions and insurance, end of employment, learning administration, managing personnel movements onshore and offshore, payroll, travel services and controls and HR master data. The employees are located in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Oslo and Porsgrunn.
The HR master data services unit is a part of HPC and delivers services within the following areas:
- Work processes within personnel administration, organizational structure included
- Administration and support of workflow processes within HR
- Administration and approval of SAP HR Roles and access
- HR reporting
Tasks
Super User for Statoil's system solution for performance, development and deployment (People @ Statoil) which includes handling incidents and requests, participation in projects, testing and training activities
Preparation and maintenance of SAP HR master data to support HR processes and other systems
Quality control coordination of SAP HR master data, including use of SAP HR reporting tool
Perform and assist with general tasks related to HR master data management
Contribute in Securing a solid an efficient SAP HR solution with a high level of data quality
Qualifications
Experience within HR processes
Good English and Norwegian language skills, both written and oral
Personal qualities
Good communication skills, cooperative, structured and flexible
Pro-active and enthusiastic
Ability to understand HR processes
Ability to work independently
