BER Construction and property auditing AS are advisers in valuation / valuation, technical due diligence / evaluation reports and other technical and economic consulting in real estate.
Within the field of valuation / valuation, we are specialized in economic and technical analysis of commercial buildings, hotels and shopping centers. We are also used as specialists for special assignments such as site assessment, development potential, company analysis and more.
Within the field of technical due diligence / state analysis we carry out assignments in connection with real estate transactions, maintenance, analysis, cost estimating and the like.
We are nationwide based on Sk?yen in Oslo.
As Senior Advisor, you have good experience in building technical advice, assessment of damage to the building and expert assistance in dispute cases.
You are employed in an engineering / consulting company, insurance company or running your own business as a surveyor / building technical adviser. You see the benefits of being part of a recognized expert without this goes beyond the flexibility you have today. Your tasks will be to carry out major and minor assignments in your field and take part in further developing our branch in this area.
As an advisor you will be able to further develop within the field of building technical advice. You are genuinely interested in the property and would play an active role in this market. You have relevant background in the construction field, capable to express yourself in writing and orally, and appreciate the work both independently and in teams.
Your tasks will be to carry out assignments in damage assessment, expert assistance in dispute cases as well as assist our clients in various types of consulting assignments.
