Sauda municipality has 4 750 inhabitants. The municipality has full barnehagedekning, good education and high school.
The health center is comprised of Child Welfare, DPI, health and mental health services. Services are co-located and have common management. In addition to professional development in the service areas of health center wants to focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and coordinated services. Mental health of children and young people is a priority. There will also be increased inter-municipal cooperation in the future to achieve more robust academic environment.
Child Welfare Director
Description of the position and organization
The position will be divided into two parts with 50% of child welfare director, and 50% as executive officer and follow up of children and families after the law on child welfare services.
It is together 4 man-years in child welfare services.
We are looking for people who have
Education as barnevernspedagog, but others with social college education may also apply. Experience as a child welfare director or other type of management experience / education is an advantage.
In addition to professional competence is a prerequisite that the person being appointed has good communication and collaboration capabilities.
Whoever is appointed will be subject to the pay and working conditions that emerges from the laws, regulations and agreements, as well as local agreements, regulations and guidelines for Sauda municipality. By appointment we will require police approval.
