Description
For our client in the public sector in central Bergen, we seek advisors within telephony, contract monitoring and data operations to the project starting in early January 2010!
Responsibilities:
Follow-up of different suppliers in accordance with agreements and projects.
Case management and follow-up of cases that come to the department.
Monitoring, metering and cost allocation of invoices from leverand?rerer.
Project leader and project participant in projects run by the department.
Saksfremstilling VEDR counseling and evaluation of different both technically and functionality related issues in connection with telephony, contract monitoring and management solutions.
Assist in getting projects transferred to the operations department
Protect clients' interests against the different suppliers.
Join and follow up pilot projects of new services and products related to the fields
Assist in establishing and following up SLA agreements with suppliers
Functioning as a system owner for corporate systems.
Assist in the development of processes, procedures and malverk
Participate in various operational meetings and could be the referent of these meetings.
Productive Isere new services and create service descriptions.
Maintenance of various records and reports
Assist in getting contracts agreements and operating environment in place
Participates in the testing of new products and services
Participate and assist in various meetings with suppliers and customers
Expertise:
ICT Competence in connection with evaluating solutions for telecom solutions.
ICT Competence in connection with evaluating solutions for operational solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL and SLA
Knowledge of project management
Competence in connection with the agreement action.
