National Academy of Oslo is Norway's largest arts education institution for designers and artists. Each year ahead will almost 200 executive and creative artists and designers are trained on three new faculties.
National Academy of driver education, science, art and design professional development and dissemination within the main areas of visual arts, performing arts and design. Academy will be collected on Seilduksfabrikken the Aker River in 2010.
Academy is in development and working to strengthen its identity and aims to further develop his research in the artistic and design professional practice.
The academic activities are organized in three faculties. Each of the departments headed by a dean of academic and financial administrative responsibility. Program Managers are responsible for academic programs and for the responsible of the satisfactory framework condition for the exercise of his professional activities.
Responsibilities and tasks include;
* Handling of incoming and outgoing invoices - Surveys - monitoring of open items - remittance - participate in ongoing accounting work and period endings - further development of procedures and work processes
For the position it is desirable to have college education in accounting / finance, as well as relevant experience in operational finance and accounting management in public and / or private sector. The position requires good IT skills and preferably knowledge of the Agresso financial system. There will also be placed on the ability of cooperation, systematics and service setting. There is desirable to have knowledge of utdannings-/h?gskolesektoren.
The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and in groups, and have good written and oral presentation ability. In assessing the applicants' personal suitability will be emphasized.
Other Conditions
The position is remunerated by the State pay scale as Senior Executive, ltr. 40 - 50 Deducted from pay 2% statutory deposit in the state pension fund. For special qualified applicants may be higher remuneration package valued.
