We are a knowledge company in growth, and is now seeking an Account Manager to the Oslo office and business area SurveyXact. SurveyXact is one of Scandinavia's most widely used Internet-based system to the questionnaires. It is a user-friendly and professional system that gives businesses and public organizations to conduct surveys simple, fast and rimelig.Vi is located on Sk?yen, and is currently 38 employees. We offer an exciting and challenging work with great colleagues and great professional challenges. You will develop your competencies in a dynamic environment where staff are in the center.
You will work with the sale of SurveyXact in close collaboration with colleagues, and will be responsible for a large client portfolio. Your responsibilities will primarily consist of sales and customer care, and your daily tasks will include being a customer visits, sales efforts via telephone, telephonic support, advice and the holding of courses.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop its own expertise in sales, data analysis and questionnaire method, and expects that you:
