Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery, operation and further development of the ASP / ISP and hosting platform (Microsoft / Linux) including:
* Maintain and ensure the stable operation of the web and application servers, including VMware, Citrix, and database servers
* Plan and execute implementation projects
* Further develop service platforms regarding security, performance, redundancy and quality
* Product development within the hosting, and ASP / ISP services
* Sales support in connection with major project deliveries
* Ongoing counseling and follow-up for our largest customers
Qualifications
* IT education at university or college level, or equivalent relevant experience
* TCP / IP and data security
* Microsoft / Linux - administration and configuration / troubleshooting
* Citrix and terminal server technology
Cisco * / IBM / HP products
* VMWare and SAN solutions
Personal qualities
* Service Adjuster - Customer Focus
* Good communication and collaboration capabilities
* Structured, analytical, self-propelled and solution
* Relationship builder and the ability to create trust at different levels of customers, as well as internally in both the sales organization and our technical team
